1937

Patent Attorney Goertz founded the patent law firm in Berlin. In 1950 it was re-located to Frankfurt am Main.

1978

Dr. Ing. Fuchs joined the patent law firm Goertz. He later took it over and in 1984 the business was re-located to Wiesbaden.

1989/1990

The patent law firm of Dr. Fuchs was significantly expanded by taking over the patent law firms of Seids and Schmitz-Rasper. Physicist and Patent Attorney Dr. Klaus Mehler and engineer and Patent Attorney Christian Weiß became partners.

1997

The patent law firm changed its name to Fuchs, Mehler, Weiss.

2000

Attorney-at-Law Claudia Bettendorf joined the patent law firm and has since then headed the trademark team as an employed lawyer.

2002

Dr. Jürgen Fuchs retired. The same year, the patent law firm moved into its new and larger premises in the Rheingau Palais (Söhnleinstraße, Wiesbaden, Germany).

2006

Physicist Dr. Matthias Achler joined the team, thereby further enhancing the competence in the field of technology.

2007

Chemist and Patent Attorney Dr. Andrea Hrovat joined the patent law firm as a partner. At the same time, the patent law firm shortened the name to FUCHS Patentanwälte. This expansion has enhanced the firm's technical competence in the field of chemistry and pharmacy in Wiesbaden.

Now a team of patent attorneys is available in all technical fields.

2008

Patent Attorney Dr. Achler became partner of the law firm.

2010

Opening of the Frankfurt am Main branch of FUCHS Patent Attorneys housing the Chemistry / Pharmacy Department.
