Data deletion and storage duration


Unless otherwise stated, we delete data as soon as it is no longer required, for example, your email address after the end of the mandate. Data will also be blocked or deleted when a legally prescribed storage period expires, unless there is a necessity for further data storage. Certain data may need to be retained for longer periods for legal reasons. You can, of course, request information about the stored data at any time.

Analysis tools and third-party tools 

When you visit our website, your surfing behavior can be statistically evaluated. This is mainly done using cookies and so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous; surfing behavior cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR 

You have the right to have data that we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent technically feasible.

Right to access by the data subject, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 15, 16, 17, 18 GDPR

Objection to advertising Emails pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR 

We hereby object to the use of contact data published in the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials. 4. Data collection on our website

Server-Log-Dateien

5. Applications

We collect and process personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing can also take place electronically. This is especially the case when an applicant submits relevant application documents to personal@fuchs-ip.eu via email.

If an employment contract is concluded, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship, while adhering to legal provisions. If no employment is established, the application documents will be deleted (automatically) at the latest six months after the end of the application process, unless deletion contradicts our legitimate interests or you have not explicitly consented to longer storage (applicant pool).

We also ensure that only persons involved in the application process have access to your application documents. The deletion of data is also ensured by us, as described above. The purpose of collecting the requested data is to conduct the application process and make associated hiring decisions.

The legal basis for processing is the decision on the establishment and execution of an employment relationship pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), Article 88 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG.
