Dr Andrea Prasch (née Hrovat) represents her clients in particular in the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry (added value generics), inorganic chemistry (talc as a filler in various materials), printing inks and petrochemistry. Systems for the thermo-chemical treatment of metallic materials in solid and liquid form are part of her further professional expertise.

In 1996, Dr. Andrea Prasch completed her doctorate in chemistry in Frankfurt on Main. She has been working in the field of intellectual property since 1997 and has been a partner in the firm since 2007. She is a German Patent Attorney, European Trademark and Design Attorney and European Patent Attorney.

Dr. Andrea Prasch advises leading international companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, universities and research institutions. She manages the trademark and design portfolio of a food manufacturer and conducts a wide range of contentious proceedings in this context, including delimitation agreements and licence agreements with competitors.

She represents clients before the patent authorities and the Federal Patent Court. This equally includes patents, trade marks and designs. She also participates in patent and trade mark infringement proceedings and prepares expert opinions, in particular on the validity and infringement of industrial property rights.
