Dr. Florian Rüßmann, patent attorney and professional representative before the European Patent Office since 2016, successfully represents his clients in patent law matters, in particular in application, opposition and appeal proceedings.
After studying human and neurobiology at Philipps University Marburg and Georg August University Göttingen, he obtained a Master of Science degree in 2007. He was a fellow of the International Max Planck Research School for Neurosciences.
He wrote his doctoral thesis in the field of protein folding at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry Martinsried. He joined the firm in 2012.
Dr. Florian Rüßmann’s professional focus is on chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology and pharmacy.
