Ornella Durus is responsible for the filing of patents (national, EP, PCT), utility models, designs and trademarks in Switzerland and abroad. In addition, she provides administrative support for application and litigation proceedings, as well as noting and managing time limits. She is active in the monitoring of annuities.

When she joined the firm in 2016, she started her training as a patent paralegal, which she completed in 2019.
