Stephan Gruber studied Physics at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and the University of Glasgow, and completed his Master of Science degree in 2019. After his studies, he moved into the software industry, where he gained valuable experience in the development of complex software solutions at a software company based in Baden-Württemberg.

He joined the firm as a patent attorney trainee in October 2025.
