Alexander Waletzki has been a qualified patent attorney since 2022 and has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2019. He advises and represents clients in matters of intellectual property law, focusing on obtaining and defending technical property rights such as patents and utility models.
Before entering the field of intellectual property, Alexander Waletzki worked in various positions in industry for over ten years. He gained practical experience as a development engineer, as a technical project manager for power electronics, and as a power electronics engineer.
He graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from Wilhelm Büchner University. Parallel to his industrial activities, he gained a Master of Science in Renewable Energy Technology from the FernUniversität in Hagen.
He has been working as “Of Counsel” for the firm since 2025.
Alexander Waletzki’s technical focus is on mechatronic systems and electrical engineering, in particular power electronics, energy technology, electric drive technology, control engineering, and electronics. He also has specialist experience in software engineering, computer-implemented methods (machine learning), and data analysis (data mining).
